Erling Haaland (Manchester City) – 1.67
Last season, Haaland claimed his third Premier League Golden Boot with 27 goals in just 35 appearances. The 26-year-old also excelled at World Cup 2026 with Norway, netting seven times from just five appearances on the biggest stage of all. So even though Enzo Maresca has replaced Pep Guardiola in the City dugout, Haaland remains the clear favourite in this market.
Alexander Isak (Liverpool) – 10.00
Isak’s debut season in a Liverpool jersey was marred by injury, resulting in just three goals in 14 top-flight appearances. But with a decent pre-season under his belt and a new forward-thinking manager in Andoni Iraola, the Swedish striker has everything required to rediscover the form he showed at Newcastle. Mohamed Salah’s departure also means Isak is the designated main man, an extra degree of responsibility which might just bring out the best version of him.
Igor Thiago (Brentford) – 11.00
Thiago finished 2025-26 with 22 goals in 38 Premier League appearances; but was he simply a flash in the pan, a one-season wonder? Those are the questions savvy bettors will ask themselves, particularly after Thiago’s dismal showing at World Cup 2026. He started Brazil’s first match against Morocco, performed awfully and then failed to even make it off the bench for the remainder of the tournament.
Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) – 15.00
Villa’s main man Watkins always seems to be among the top scorers in the Premier League. The England international netted 16 in each of the last two campaigns after tallying a career-best 19 back in 2023-24. However, you just feel he has not got quite enough to challenge the likes of Haaland and break the 20-goal barrier. Prove us wrong, Ollie.
Joao Pedro (Chelsea) – 17.00
As outside bets in the Golden Boot market go, few look more attractive than Pedro. In what was a chaotic 2025-26 campaign on and off the pitch for Chelsea, the Brazilian netted 15 goals – and it still seems ridiculous that he was not included in Carlo Ancelotti’s World Cup squad. With Cole Palmer and new Blues signing Morgan Rogers operating behind him in Xabi Alonso’s intricate 3-4-3 formation, Pedro should have the perfect environment to set the Premier League stage alight once again.
Viktor Gyokeres (Arsenal) – 21.00
Gyokeres is probably best avoided in this market, as no one can say for certain that he is Arsenal’s first-choice striker. Mikel Arteta deployed Kai Havertz ahead of him in the 2026 Champions League final, and the manager appears to favour the German when both are fully fit. So while Gyokeres’ total of 14 Premier League goals on debut for the Gunners was pretty good, relying on him to deliver a Golden Boot-worthy campaign could be a big mistake. Havertz is priced at 41.00, for those who were wondering…
Benjamin Sesko (Manchester United) – 21.00
Again, is Sesko the absolute first-choice pick up top for United? No one can really say for sure, which makes his price look far less attractive. Furthermore, the Slovenian has been struggling with injury of late, which could hamper his start to 2026-27. Eleven goals in 30 appearances last term was a modest return, and even at RB Leipzig he failed to hit 15 strikes in a single league campaign. A good player, but not a Golden Boot contender just yet.
Antoine Semenyo (Manchester City) – 26.00
Even with the magnificent Haaland in the City XI, Semenyo still managed to score goals. After netting 10 times for Bournemouth in 2025-26, the Ghanaian bagged seven in 17 top-flight appearances for the Citizens to close out the campaign. The numbers are strong and if Semenyo was part of any other team, he would be a solid outside pick here. But the Haaland factor significantly worsens the appeal of his price – and that is just the way it is.
Dominic Solanke (Tottenham) – 34.00
If Solanke can maintain his fitness and nail down the No9 role in Roberto De Zerbi’s Tottenham XI, the goals should flow. On his day, he is a fantastic striker, evidenced by his 19-goal haul for Bournemouth in 2023-24. But Solanke still has too much to prove in a Spurs shirt to currently be considered a potential pick in this market.
