*All odds are subject to change

Lyon vs Crystal Palace: Player to score or assist – Yeremy Pino @ 2.55

One of Thursday’s early kick-offs, this contest has all the makings of an early-season Europa League classic. Lyon are a bit of a wounded animal after suffering a 2-1 loss at Lens on the weekend, while Palace must be full of confidence following their 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest. Spain international Pino played a crucial role in that victory by scoring the third goal, and he also netted in the 4-0 triumph over Lech Poznan on Matchday 1 of this competition. With Lyon keeping just two clean sheets in the last seven games – only one of them recorded on home soil – Pino could make a mockery of his pre-match odds here.

Red Bull Salzburg vs AC Milan: Draw @ 3.86

AC Milan have suffered just one defeat across all competitions this season, though Ruben Amorim’s men are yet to taste victory on the road. The Rossoneri drew all three of their Serie A matches away from home vs Juventus (1-1), Lazio (2-2) and – most recently – Sassuolo, which means it is a fairly high-odds outcome worth looking at again here. RB Salzburg are renowned for their strong home record, winning each of the last six in front of their own fans, the latest being a 3-0 success over fellow Europa League side Sturm Graz (more on them below). But Milan do represent a step up in quality compared to previous opposition, which is why we are going against the home record and backing the outcome to follow the aforementioned 2026-27 Rossoneri away trend.

Bournemouth vs Sturm Graz: Both teams to score – Yes @ 1.90

Bournemouth are heavy favourites to win this game and make it back-to-back Europa League victories following the 2-1 success at Real Sociedad on Matchday 1. And while we expect the Cherries to get the job done against Sturm Graz of Austria, there is perhaps value to be had in the BTTS market. The Cherries kept just one clean sheet in their eight matches this season (which was against Lincoln City in the EFL Cup!) and are fresh from a 5-1 hammering at the hands of Chelsea. So a Sturm Graz side arriving on the back of a vital 2-0 success at Austria Wien on the weekend should fancy their chances of at least joining the hosts on the scoresheet, given the clear defensive frailties.

Marseille vs Olympiacos: Anytime goalscorer – Amine Gouiri @ 2.70

Gouiri is enjoying a solid 2026-27 season in Ligue 1 from an individual perspective, registering four goals in six appearances. All four strikes were tallied on home soil, which is a good omen for Marseille ahead of this crucial fixture against another European regular in Olympiacos. Furthermore, Gouiri boasts a solid record in the Europa League with eight goals in 21 previous appearances, which enhances the appeal of this selection. Olympiacos’ defensive prowess, just two goals conceded in the Greek Super League, is a slight cause for concern but Gouiri loves playing at the Velodrome – and we are therefore trusting our gut instinct!
